Refund policy
MyMarie Studio is partnered with Printify as a manufacturing company. In conjunction with Printify, we have a 30-day refund/replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement. This policy only applies to damaged products and/or manufacturing errors.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start the process, you can contact us at melbamarycreative@gmail.com. We require photo evidence of the damage or manufacturing error. Once the error is reported and accepted, you will have the option of receiving a refund or a free replacement. Orders that are damaged or incorrect do not have to be returned.
Customer error is not covered under this policy so if the customer makes a mistake while placing an order, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please double check all the details of your order. Orders can be changed up to 24 hours after they are placed. However, please contact us if something is not to your liking. We will try our best to resolve it.
